By using ame7cua.com (the "Site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by AME7CUA Creative Studio ("AME7CUA", "we", "us") in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The Site describes our creative services and shows examples of our work. Information on the Site is general and is not a quote, offer or contract. Any project is governed only by a separate written proposal or agreement that we both sign or approve. Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship or obligate either of us.

The Site's design, text, code, logo and the photography, video and imagery we created are owned by AME7CUA or Daniel Amezcua, or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, modify, distribute or use our images, text or designs for any other purpose, including training AI models, without our prior written permission.

Names, logos, screenshots and brands of the businesses shown in our work belong to their respective owners. They appear to describe our work and do not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, any of them beyond the project described.

• Do not use the Site unlawfully, to send spam, or to submit false or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Do not use automated means to submit forms or collect data, other than ordinary search-engine and similar crawling that follows our robots.txt.

The Site links to websites we do not control, including client sites and our sister photography site. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

We do not guarantee any search ranking, traffic, sales or other results from our services or from information on the Site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah have jurisdiction over disputes about the Site, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
