01Who we are
This website is operated by AME7CUA Creative Studio ("AME7CUA", "we", "us"), an independent creative studio in Salt Lake City, Utah, led by Daniel Amezcua. This policy explains what personal information we collect through ame7cua.com, how we use it and the choices you have.
02Information we collect
We do not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking tools on this site at the time of writing. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you do not include it in your message.
- Inquiry form: the name, email address, company (optional), project type and message you type into the contact form, and the page you submitted it from.
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address and where you signed up.
- Email you send us: if you email us directly, we keep that correspondence.
- Technical data: our hosting provider processes standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) to deliver and secure the site.
- Your consent choice: saved in your browser's local storage on your device (see our Cookie Policy).
03How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry, discuss your project and prepare a proposal.
- To send the studio newsletter, if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the site secure, prevent spam and abuse (for example, limiting repeat submissions), and fix problems.
- To meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.
04Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use service providers that process information on our behalf and only for our purposes:
- Convex, which hosts the database where form submissions are stored.
- An email delivery provider (Resend), which may be used to notify us of new inquiries.
- Netlify, which hosts and delivers the website.
05Retention
We keep inquiry and newsletter information for as long as needed to respond, to carry on a relationship with you if one begins, and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations. We then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see below).
06Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Utah, Virginia, Connecticut or the European Economic Area and United Kingdom), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access or correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy, to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising (we do none of these), and to withdraw consent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email us at the address below from the address you used with us. We may need to verify your identity before acting. If we deny a request you can ask us to reconsider, and you may also contact your state attorney general or local data protection authority.
We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out of non-essential tracking, and you can change your cookie choice at any time with "Your Privacy Choices" in the footer.
07Children
This site is for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
08Security and transfers
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
09Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be noted on this page.
